Episcopal Diocese of Maryland Youth Ministry

The Diocesan Youth council is a group of youth from throughout the diocese who work and develope youth ministry for the diocese of Maryland. We meet five times during the year to plan and develop leadership skills. We ask that up to three youth from a parish may participate.

The 3 members of the Maryland Provicial Youth Council come from this group. They participate and meet twice during the year to program activities for the Province III of the Episcopal Church.

Members of the Youth Councl will also represent the Diocese at the EYE (Episcopal Youth Event) this summer in San Antonio Texas.  They will participate in planning events and taking part in Diocesan youth events both in the planning and presenting.  We hope to have all members of the council participate in Happenings  and be a voice for the youth of the Diocese.
